I've the following strange problem. There is a person which I have cross-certified with my Domino 6 server. But nevertheless he gets the message :
failed to authenticate: The server's Domino Directory does not contain any cross certificates capable of authenticating you.

When I check the addressbook, there is indeed a cross certificate document for this person.

I don't know where to look anymore
